BEFORE YOU ENROL
Ask better
questions.
- 01Which external bodies accredit or authorise the school?
- 02Are teachers qualified for the curriculum and age they teach?
- 03How does the school support English-language learners?
- 04What learning-support, counselling and inclusion services are genuinely available?
- 05What are class sizes and staff-retention levels?
- 06Which qualifications do graduates receive—and where are they accepted?
- 07What is included beyond tuition: transport, meals, capital fees and activities?
- 08Can your child spend time in class before the final decision?
EVERY CHILD LEARNS DIFFERENTLY
Learning support
must be specific.
Parents of children who need additional learning, behavioural, language or sensory support should ask for a named specialist, documented provision and a trial or observation. “Inclusive” in a brochure does not always mean the school can meet a particular child’s needs. Discuss the child openly before paying registration or capital fees.
